The Cause

The Pajama Run® is more than just a good excuse

to wear your pajamas outside!

The Pajama Run is on a Mission!

At the Pajama Run we envision a day when cancer’s silent killers, particularly those found below the waist like colorectal, prostate, bladder, cervical, uterine, ovarian and pancreatic cancers will be preventable and someday curable.

Preventing these cancers through proper screenings is essential.  Often these screenings carry social stigmas; stigmas that can sometimes carry a death sentence. Therefore, increasing awareness of when one should be tested is one of the Pajama Run's main goals.

Simultaneously, the Pajama Run promotes major advances in scientific research and medical treatments that will someday lead to a cure for cancers below the waist.

So go ahead and grab your favorite pajamas and slippers and let’s get to work!
