Volunteer

Without volunteers the Pajama Run wouldn’t be the fun and energetic event we are today.  So we can’t say ‘Thank You’ enough to all of the volunteers who donated many hours to make the Pajama Run events a success.

Here are a few areas where you can get involved:

  • Registration - Volunteers work with runners who have already registered to assign them a race number, give them their T-shirt, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Race Course - Volunteers are stationed at all major road intersections. Their role is to guide runners around the course, ensure no cars are coming and in general cheer the runners on as they complete the 5K.
  • Water Table - Volunteers set up table and distribute water to runners/walkers at the halfway point of the race. They are also responsible for disposing of all waste.
  • Pajama Party - Volunteers help set up the tables that will be used for food and water, and will also be responsible for the clean up of the Pajama Party after the race.
  • Finish Line - Volunteers at the finish line will be given day of instructions from the finish line coordinator.  His or her task is to ensure that every runner’s time is documented accurately.
If this sounds like something you'd like to do, then please contact us!

We’d love for you to help!
